Daily / Weekly Events at Stanford University

  • Fast breaking and Maghrib- We will break our fast and pray Maghrib at the Sanctuary at Old Union 3rd Floor (same hall as the Jumma Prayer) starting the 28th August.

  • Daily Iftars Locations-

  • Daily Tarawih Prayers - Tarawih prayers will be held at the Sanctuary at the Old Union.  Starting 9:30PM from the 21st of August. NOTE on the 18th of September Tarawih will be at Bechtel International Centre.

  • Suhoor - Starting the 27th of August we will have Suhoor at the 3rd floor of Old union in the common room

 

Special Events

  • Imam Mohamed Abdul Azeez: Sunday September 13th, we will be joined by Imam Mohamed Abdul Azeez from the SALAM center in Sacramento. If you have never heard him speak and would like more information about him, please visit the following link: http://www.salamcenter.org/imam-m-a-azeez.html

  • Laylatul-Qadr (The Night of Power) - Click Here to find out more about what Laylatul-Qadr is.  Though the actual night of laylatul qadr is not known, it is commonly held to be the 27th of Ramadan.  As such, if you would like to make transportation arrangements to a local masjid, contact us.

  • Eid Prayers - Please talk to us if you would like to attend an Eid prayer at one of the local mosques in the community.
